The P.A.L. Bass Club is a team based organization; however you may sign up as a single.

 

CLUB FEES PAYOUTS
TEAM MEMBERSHIP $50.00/YR 1-15 Boats 3 Places
REGULAR TOURNAMENT* $40.00 16+ 4 Places

*includes BIG FISH pot fee of $10

 

END OF THE YEAR AWARDS:

 

The Team of the year will be determined on a points system as follows:

ENTRY INTO TOURNAMENT 1 POINT
POUND OF FISH 1 POINT

*ounces will be rounded up or down to the nearest pound.

               

                            

 

Each team will be allowed (2) substitutes throughout the regular cub season if one angler can not attend the tournament. However, if you use a sub you will only receive half of your points. No substitutes for the classic. Each team will have to fish (5) five tournaments to be eligible for the classic, or fish (4) tournaments and buy into (1) before the tournament is fished. There will be a vote after the September tournament weigh-in to determine the location of the classic. Majority rules.

 

TOURNAMENT RULES

1. Entry fee must be paid (15) minutes before the tournament start time.

2. Live wells will be checked before launching the boat.

3. There will be a group blast off at a specific time.

4. (5) Bass limit per boat.

5. Follow all state fishing rules & regulations

6. Spotted Bass will be determined by the tongue patch and must be at least (12) inches.

7. All fish will be measured on the GOLDEN RULE.

8. Each short fish will result in loss of that fish and biggest fish with a one pound deduction.

9. Each dead fish results in a one pound deduction.

10. All fish are to be brought to scales in a tournament bag.

11. In the event of a tie the winner will be determined by the biggest fish.

12. Life vests are to be worn while boat is on plane.

13. Artificial lures only.

14. No exiting boat except for emergencies.

15. No fishing within 50 yards of another boat.

16. Good sportsmanship must be conducted at all times.

17. Teams must be within 50 yards of the ramp by check in time;  for every (1) one minute late there will be a (1) pound deduction.

18. Each team will be responsible for his/her safety and that of their substitutes.

19. P.A.L. Bass Club will not be held liable for any accidents or damages done to you or your equipment.
